Aquatics Leader of the Year Award is a new award recognises an individual working at a PoolSafe® facility who demonstrates exceptional leadership in the aquatics sector. We are looking for someone whose mahi already makes a tangible difference in their facility, team, or community.
Nominate a mid-career leader who embodies dedication, innovation, and impact.
Ideal nominees may include aquatic trainers, supervisors, programme leaders, or emerging managers who demonstrate strong leadership and a commitment to the future of the industry.
The winner of this award will go on to represent the aquatics sector in the Recreation Leader of the Year Award, competing alongside finalists from the Parks and Community Recreation categories.
