📆 Submission Requirements & Deadlines

To ensure your company is included in all printed and digital materials, please submit your assets through this form OR email them to office@arizota.org by Wednesday, September 16th, 2026.

Standard Digital Assets (All Tiers):

• Company logo (.png format preferred)
• Company website link
• "About Us" bio (50 words or less)
• Social media content/copy (50 words or less - Sponsorship tiers only)

Tier-Specific Assets (Due September 16th, 2026):

• Headliner & Student Conclave Sponsors: 2-minute promo video, audio file, or script
• Headliner, Student Conclave Sponsor, & Exhibitor: 1 raffle prize/gift card (valued at $25+)
• Headliner, Student Conclave Sponsor, Exhibitor, & Community Sponsor: Physical marketing inserts shipped/delivered for registrant bags

 

💡Non-Profit Discount: Are you a 501(c)(3) organization? You are eligible for special discounted rates on the Headliner, Student Conclave, and Exhibitor packages. Please reach out to treasurer@arizota.org before registering to claim your discount!

Please upload both a VERTICAL and HORIZONTAL version of your company's logo (if available) for use in conference promotional materials. PNG format is preferable but JPG is also acceptable.

💳 Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Registration Deadline: Open until midnight on September 30th, 2026, OR until spots are sold out.
• Cancellation Fee: All approved refunds are subject to a $30 processing fee.

To request a refund, cancellation notices must be emailed to office@arizota.org on or before the following tier-specific deadlines:

• 📅 Wednesday, September 30th, 2026 – For Headliner, Student Conclave, and Exhibitor levels.
• 📅 Wednesday, October 7th, 2026 – For all other A La Carte Sponsorship levels.

⚠️ Please Note: Refunds for cancellations received after these respective dates are entirely at the discretion of the Conference Planning Committee.
