Stumphouse Farms offers a 48-hour guarantee on all poultry. To ensure this guarantee remains valid, please adhere to the following requirements:

Pickup: You must pick up your shipment within 8 hours of its arrival at the Post Office. The guarantee is void if you request home delivery or fail to meet this pickup window.
Reporting: Any losses must be reported within 48 hours of pickup for immediate assistance, and all formal claims must be submitted by this form, phone or email during business hours within 48 hours of pickup. NOTE: If your 48 hours ends over a weekend, contact our office on the next business day.
Documentation: Photos are strictly required for all claims. Please provide one clear photo of all losses and one clear photo of all remaining live birds.
Refunds: Verified losses are refunded at the poultry item price only; shipping and the USPS surcharge are non-refundable. If a replacement is requested, the order must meet our seasonal shipping minimums.
