The Love Wins Fest is a celebration dedicated to the transformative power of human connection. It is intentionally centered on uplifting LGBTQIA+ artists, makers and vendors. We strongly encourage LGBTQIA+ individuals to apply. Allies are also welcome, provided they are committed to fostering an affirming, respectful and inclusive space for the LGBTQIA+ community. We invite vendors to support the LGBTQ Center of the Cape Fear by donating a percentage of their sales from the event.

You’ll receive an email letting you know if you’ve been accepted or waitlisted - please check your spam folder.

Vendor Fee: $50 per 10x10 outdoor space (non-refundable, non-transferable). $10 of every vendor fee will be donated directly to the LGBTQ Center of the Cape Fear Coast. Payment is due by the DUE DATE listed in the acceptance email and can be made via PayPal, Venmo or Cash. Cash payments can be dropped off at Buried Under Comics & Toys during business hours. Do not send payment before receiving your acceptance email.

EVENT GUIDELINES

• This is a rain or shine event (unless there is extreme weather). Plan accordingly.
• 10x10 outdoor space: $50.
• Tents are optional but highly recommended.
• Tent weights are required. Unweighted tents may not be used.
• Vendors must be completely set up by 11:45 AM and remain open until 6:00 PM.
• Early pack-up or no-show may result in loss of invitation to future events.
• Products that show support for the LGBTQ+ community are encouraged!
• Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and displays.
• No generators, open flames, or flammable materials.
• Must maintain a professional display with clear pricing and payment signage.
• Vendors are responsible for their own sales, taxes, and cash handling.
• Please ensure your area is clean and free of trash when you leave.
• Respect event staff, Waterline Staff, other vendors and attendees at all times.

Failure to comply with any of these guidelines can result in the immediate removal from the event, with no refund.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By submitting this application, you agree to:

• Hold harmless Geeks & Freaks ILM Market, Waterline Brewing Co., and their representatives from any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from your participation.
• Assume all risk related to weather, property, or customer interactions.
• Acknowledge you are vending as an independent seller, not an employee, and are not entitled to benefits or insurance.
• Understand that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Label all replica or inspired items clearly if they could be considered counterfeit. Failure to do so may result in removal.
• Accept that any disrespectful or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund and loss of future participation.
