Media Release Notification

In accordance with its Event Photography and Film Policy, FISAF Australia reserves the right to capture imagery of competition participants for the purposes of social media and other advertising or documentation purposes - unless it is notified otherwise.
This form is to be used to notify FISAF Australia of any any situation where a child does not have approval by their parent/carer to be photographed or filmed at one or more events throughout the season. In addition to submitting this form, a child's coach is responsible for notifying FISAF of the alternative arrangements on arrival at each of our events. Should the coach witness a FISAF staff member capturing imagery of a child who doesn't have authorisation, the coach must immediately advise the staff member and request that it be deleted.
