2026 HBA Summer Training Registration Form
June 15 - July 23 (Summer Training), July 27 & 29 (Pre-Tryout Camp), and August 9 & 16 (Husky Hoops Tryouts) Monday & Wednesday nights each week - 2nd & 3rd Grade (6:00 - 7:30pm) & 4th, 5th, & 6th grade (7:30-9:00pm) 40 person limit in each group - Grade determined based on 2026-27 school year. DEADLINE to register is June 5th. (NOTE: Camp will not be held on July 1st and 6th in observation of the July 4th holiday)

I verify that they are covered by medical and hospitalization insurance and release the organizers of this camp from reimbursement for medical bills and damages sustained on account of any injury which may occur to my child. They has been examined by a qualified physician and is physically able to participate in athletic activities. I understand that playing basketball has the risk of injury. I release and hold harmless Helena Basketball Association, including staff, officers, agents, and hosting facilities from any damages or liability that may occur while my child is participating in Summer training/activities.
