I understand this season pass is valid for UP TO 4 PEOPLE ONLY. Any additional family members or guests must purchase a separate day pass day of.
I Understand this pass is valid for ONLY ONE of the following holidays: Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, or Labor Day:
I Understand this pass is valid any day of the week excluding Holidays.
I Understand no outside food or drinks are allowed inside Stillwater RV Resort
I understand this pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the individuals listed above, UNLESS you have less than 4 people per family - you may bring guests. The person who purchases the season pass must be present.
I understand all guests must follow park rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions at all times. Every season pass must check in at front desk to let them know you are on property.
I Understand that amenities are weather permitting & subject to avaliability.
I understand that misuse of the pass may result in revocation without refund.
I understand that I must call Stillwater RV Resort at least 72 hours prior to arrival for any Major Holiday Weekend (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Labor Day) to confirm my visit. I understand that failure to provide 72 hours’ notice may result in being turned away if the resort has reached capacity.
