CIPAF Rising Stars Registration Fee / $75 USD
Registration fee for participation in the 2026 CIPAF Rising Stars Concert on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the University of Northern Colorado Campus Commons Performance Hall.

This fee confirms the performer’s registration and includes participation in the afternoon concert, free admission to observe festival masterclasses, admission to the evening Winners Concert and Awards Ceremony, and a Certificate of Participation.
By selecting “I Agree,” you acknowledge that the $75 Rising Stars registration fee must be submitted through the CIPAF website in order to complete your registration and participate in the 2026 Rising Stars Concert.
