By purchasing a ticket to our Drag Bingo event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. BOOKINGS & ENTRY
Tickets must be purchased in advance to secure a spot.
Entry is strictly limited to ticket holders only.
Arrive on time to ensure full participation in the styling and event experience.
Late arrivals may receive reduced service time depending on event flow.

2. EVENT INCLUSIONS
Each ticket includes:

One dry styling service (wash optional if arriving earlier)
Access to Drag Bingo entertainment
Free-flow Prosecco during the event

3. AGE & RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Guests must be 18 years or older to attend.
Alcohol is served under responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated.

4. OFFERS & PROMOTIONS (EVENT DAY ONLY)
10% off retail products purchased on the day
20% off makeup services booked or purchased on the day
Offers are non-transferable and valid only during the event date.

5. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Tickets are non-refundable unless required by law.
Rescheduling may be offered at management’s discretion, subject to availability.
No-shows will forfeit their ticket without refund.

6. EVENT OPERATION
Events are subject to minimum staffing and operational requirements.
The company reserves the right to adjust staffing, timing, or setup as required for safety and service quality.
Block-out periods are in place before and after each event for setup and pack-down.

7. VENUE & EVENT CHANGES
Event locations rotate monthly and are subject to change.
Any updates will be communicated via website and social media channels.
The company reserves the right to modify event details if required.

8. LIABILITY
The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event, except where required by law.
Guests participate at their own risk.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
