The Communicator Award recognises an individual who has delivered outstanding impact through communications, marketing or public engagement within the renewable energy sector. The winner will demonstrate excellence in raising awareness, influencing audiences and driving positive change through innovative and effective campaigns or strategies.

The winner of the Culture Change Award will demonstrate a personal passion for changing workplace culture for the better. And most of all they’ll be able to show that they – or their team, project or group of colleagues – have made the workplace (and renewables) a better place to be.

The Personal Improvement Award celebrates a current apprentice, or someone in any form of work-based learning, whose dedication, ambition and drive sets them apart. Judges will be looking for examples of individuals who have gone above and beyond to achieve real results.
