Once fully submitted, the GRESB team will review your request and will follow up to confirm details or discuss next steps.

ASSESSMENT PARTNERS (Global, Premier, Partner): organizations that help participants complete the GRESB Assessments, including data management, reporting and advisory services SOLUTION PROVIDERS (Premier, Core): organizations that offer tools and solutions to improve sustainability performance beyond the Assessment, including (but not limited to) specialized software, technology, engineering, or analytic tools.     As a GRESB Assessment Partner, you may request promotion of your own partner events, trainings, webinars, case studies, and articles through GRESB’s communication channels. Note: these are independent partner initiatives led by your organization, not joint or co-branded collaborations with GRESB. Additionally, promotion on GRESB communication channels is subject to submission and publication requirements. The number and type of market visibility opportunities available to you depend on your GRESB Partner tier. Please review the following eligibility considerations prior to making your request: Global Partners: GRESB Events Calendar: Promotion of up to 6 partner events, trainings, or webinars per calendar year GRESB Social Media: Promotion of up to 3 partner events, trainings, or webinars per calendar year GRESB Newsletter: Promotion of up to 2 partner events, trainings, or webinars per calendar year GRESB Insights Page, Newsletter & Social Media: Promotion of up to 2 partner articles, case studies, and relevant content per month. Premier Partners: GRESB Events Calendar: Promotion of up to 4 partner events, trainings, or webinars per calendar year GRESB Social Media: Promotion of up to 2 partner events, trainings, or webinars per calendar year GRESB Newsletter: Promotion of up to 1 partner events, trainings, or webinars per calendar year GRESB Insights Page, Newsletter & Social Media: Promotion of up to 1 partner article or case study per month Partners: GRESB Events Calendar: Promotion of up to 2 partner events, trainings, or webinars per calendar year GRESB Social Media: Promotion of up to 1 partner event, training, or webinar per calendar year GRESB Newsletter: Promotion of up to 1 partner event, training, or webinar per calendar year GRESB Insights Page, Newsletter & Social Media: Promotion of up to 1 partner article or case study per quarter If you would like to contribute to GRESB Insights: Publication month: please submit your initial request form well in advance of your desired publication month. After reviewing your proposal, we’ll send you a second form to submit the full article. This final submission must be received by the 30th of the month prior to your intended publication month. For example, to publish in October, your final article must be submitted by September 30th. Publication theme: before submitting, please ensure that your proposed article topic aligns with the fixed editorial calendar. The type and quantity of collaboration opportunities you are eligible for depend on your GRESB Partner tier. Please review the following eligibility considerations prior to making your request: Global Partners: GRESB Regional Insights or Network Events: Priority eligibility to (co)host or sponsor up to 1 annual event in collaboration with GRESB Content collaboration — up to 2 per calendar year: This may include either a joint webinar or podcast episode with GRESB, or a partner-led event, webinar, or podcast where GRESB provides one or more speakers to participate. Premier Partners: GRESB Regional Insights or Network Events: At GRESB's discretion, secondary eligibility to (co)host or sponsor an event in collaboration with GRESB Content collaboration — up to 2 per calendar year: This may include either a joint webinar or podcast episode with GRESB, or a partner-led event, webinar, or podcast where GRESB provides one or more speakers to participate. Partners: Content collaboration — up to 1 per calendar year: This may include either a joint webinar or podcast episode with GRESB, or a partner-led event, webinar, or podcast where GRESB provides one or more speakers to participate. Note: requested collaborations are subject to GRESB capacity and timing considerations, and alignment with GRESB's broader content & market strategy.     As a GRESB Partner, you have access to the dedicated Partner Hub, designed to support partner teams in understanding GRESB foundations, resources, services and tools, as well as the Partner ecosystem and your partnership benefits. Access to the platform is provided to partner employees by invitation only and is managed internally by GRESB. Each partner organization has a defined number of user accounts, based on their GRESB Partner tier. Please review the following seat allocation guidelines and eligibility considerations: Global Partners: up to 15 users per organization. Premier Partners: up to 10 users per organization. Partners: up to 5 users per organization. Each account is personal and non-transferable. To replace a user (e.g., if a team member leaves), please contact a.rodriguez@gresb.com. With the above in mind, please include the email addresses of the users you would like to request access for and ensure this number aligns with your Partner Tier seat allocation. Use work email addresses only (e.g., name@company.com) and enter one address per line, or separate each with a comma.
