Flinders Soccer Club Playing Kit Order

If you would like to order your own PEGA FSC playing kit, please provide your details below.

Note: we have a two week window in which we can take orders for custom kits. Dates in which we can collect orders are from 8th May to 22nd May 2026.

Once you have submitted your details, a representative from the club will be in touch to confirm and collect payment. If you do not receive any correspondence regarding payment, please email flindersoccer@gmail.com before 29th May 2026.

Completing this form does not confirm your order for a FSC Playing Kit - only once payment is made will your order be submitted to the manufacturer.
