Liability Waiver & Damage Clause
By booking or participating in a Drippie Paint Party! event, the client and all participants acknowledge that participation involves the use of paint supplies, tools, tables, chairs, and other materials that may present minor risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, stains, allergic reactions, or accidental injury.
The client and participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Drippie Paint Party!, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Drippie Paint Party! is not responsible for damage to clothing, shoes, personal belongings, furniture, flooring, walls, or other property resulting from normal event activities, accidental spills, participant misuse of materials, or failure to follow instructions.
The client agrees to provide a safe and suitable event space for all guests. Any damage caused to Drippie Paint Party! equipment, supplies, tables, chairs, décor, or other company property by the client, guests, or venue may result in additional repair or replacement charges.
