Tournament Registration Form
The Planters Bank-Jennie Stuart Health Sportsplex presents the 2026 Hopkinsville Pickleball at the Plex tournament, August 29th in Hopkinsville, KY. $50 registration per team, $25 per individual, for one division. Additional division registration is $20 per individual. The tournament will be held on Saturday, August 29th, and Friday evening, August 28th, the Plex will be open for casual play with a $5 entrance fee.

Registration closes Sunday, August 23th. Tournament Schedules will be released by Thursday, August 27th. Please reach out if you have any questions to sportsplex@h-ky.us or call 270-985-1700.
