  • Large Food Vendor applications are due by August 14, 2026 (payment will be accepted once approved by The Mountain Rodeo Association Board.) Payments are due August 28, 2026.

  • Booth Space: $500 for two (2) days Saturday and Sunday = $500 total amount due upon approval.

  • Booth spaces are limited and will be filled in order of applications received. Food Vendor rules will be included on the next page. Please review and sign/date in agreement to the rules and regulations. Once approved by The Mountain Rodeo Association payment is due in full no later than August 28, 2026.

    1. No food vendors other than approved food vendors will be allowed.
    2. Set up and take down: All vendors may move in as early as Friday September 11, 2026 4pm - 8pm to set up their booth space, but must be set up no later than 8 am each day. All vendors shall not close or tear down any portion of their booth until the rodeo performance concludes for the day. Vendors will be contacted and assigned booth space location prior to the Cowboy Classic Ranch Rodeo. Rodeo Large Food Vendor Hours are from 9am - midnight on Saturday, and Sunday from 9am- 7pm.
    3. Additional vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 7:30 am each day.
    4. No alcohol is permitted to be sold or consumed by food vendors.
    5. Electricity is not provided. You must have your own generator if needed.
    6. Large Food vendors will be charged a flat fee of $500 per space for the 2 days. Large Food vendors must submit their completed application by August 14, 2026 and payment in full once approved by The Mountain Rodeo Association by August 28, 2026. The Mountain Rodeo Association expects 1500 - 2000 in attendance on Saturday, and a smaller crowd on Sunday.
    7. Large Food vendors are responsible for providing their own booth, trailer, tables, and chairs. Large Food vendors may use canopies, as long as they fit their booth space.
    8. Trash: All Food vendors are responsible for keeping their booth space clean of garbage, and must leave the booth area clean at the end of the event.
    9. No refunds for cancellations will be given after September 8, 2026.
    10. 4 vendor entry bracelets will be provided. Additional bracelets can be purchased for $5 each.
    11. No animals allowed.
    12. The Mountain Rodeo Association will make final decisions related to vendor applications during our monthly meeting in July. If approved a board member from The Mountain Rodeo Association will reach out to provide steps for payment which is due no later than August 28, 2026.
    13. The Mountain Rodeo Association reserves the right to remove a vendor if products or services are deemed inappropriate / unacceptable by the association, and no refund of booth space fees will be given.
