Our dedicated BWorks staff and volunteers put a lot of time and energy into each cohort, and it's important that you help us honor that commitment and this great partnership with the St. Louis Hills SBD by making the six class sessions a priority for your child(ren). Earn-A-Bike is a free, hands-on class that teaches basic bicycle maintenance and safety along with life skills including communication, teamwork and responsibility to children ages 8 to 17 who already know how to ride a bike. After completing six two-hour classes, participants earn a bicycle of their choosing, plus a brand-new helmet, light set and lock they take home on the last day. Youth who commit to this series under the guidance of dedicated BWorks instructors will meet at (and depart from) the Francis Park playground pavilion (in St. Louis City's Francis Park {Eichelberger St & Donovan Ave, St. Louis, MO 63109}) for six Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. (with each class ending at 8 p.m.) from June 16 to July 21. Up to two children from within a single household can be registered within the same cohort; two per household is the limit. (If registering two children, please fill out the form below twice, one time for each student.)

This six-week class is taking place outdoors at Francis Park in St. Louis city, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesdays starting June 16. It runs each Tuesday evening through July 21, with the class gathering and departing promptly each week at the Francis Park playground pavilion.

Earn-A-Bike classes are specifically geared for children ages 8 to 17 years old, and students must already be able to ride independently on two wheels in order to participate. (NOTE: BWorks offers a separate course, Learn-To-Ride, for children and teens ages 8 to 17 who still need to learn to ride a bike.)
