Vendor must provide a Certificate of Insurance no later than 08.01.2026 listing The Harrodsburg/Mercer County Tourist Commission. and the City of Harrodsburg as Additional Insured. General Liability limits should be no less than $1 Million. The Harrodsburg/Mercer County Tourist Commission reserves the right to deny access to operate without receipt of the certificate by the requested date. All Food vendors must be ready for health department inspection and to sell by 2PM Friday 09/18/2026. Vendors will not be permitted to clean up and leave until Sunday morning after 12pm.*
