We are very excited to share Camp Graceland

will be held at Grace ECC this year!

With all new themes, activities, and "in-house" field trips!

Due to high demand of Summer Camp spots, we will first accept families who are in need of full-time (4-5 days per week) care.

After that, we will look at part-time (3 days per week and under).

**Camp may be closed July 3rd depending on camper sign-ups**

I understand Camp Graceland is first accepting full time families (consistently 4-5 days per week), then they will look at accepting part time families.

Sunscreen
I give Camp Graceland permission to use Banana Boat SPF 50 on my child for the summer. There is a $12 fee per child that must be paid at the first day of Camp. (Cash to check payable to Grace ECC)
Snacks
Camp Graceland will be providing each child with a healthy (with some special treats) morning and afternoon snack for the summer! There is a new $25 fee per child that must be paid at the first day of camp. (Cash to check payable to Grace ECC)
Clothing

During our fun activities sometimes things get messy! We ask that each child brings 1 change of clothes to keep at Camp or in a bag/backpack that comes to Grace everyday.
Hat and Water bottle

We ask that each child brings a hat for outside time and a water bottle. Water bottles can be filled at the bubbler so don't feel you have to find a large bottle to last all day. Families are responsible to taking their bottles home and washing them.
Summer Camp policies, problems, and concerns

Camp Graceland is a program offered by Grace ECC. Please direct all problems and concerns to Rachel in the ECC office. The school office does not handle any ECC or Summer Camp matters. 414-762-8755 or eccdirector@graceoakcreek.org
Payment

After submitting this form, you will receive an email from Rachel before the start of camp to authorize automatic withdrawal for your weekly balance. If you have questions on this matter please contact Rachel in the ECC office at 414-762-8755.
