  • WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

    This agreement releases Chabad of Marine Park, Inc. from all liability relating to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the Lag Ba'omer Family Fair on Nostrand Avenue, from Quentin Road to Avenue R, on Monday, May 4, 2026. By signing this agreement, I, {fullName28}, on behalf of myself and my party, voluntarily waive all claims and agree to hold Chabad of Marine Park, Inc. and all participating vendors harmless from any and all liability, including financial responsibility, lost or stolen items, and personal injury. I agree that I and all members of my party will comply with all rules set by ride operators and event staff. I acknowledge and consent that Chabad of Marine Park, Inc. reserves the right to use photographs taken at the event for any purpose without compensation.
