    Your participation directly supports LGBTQIA+ visibility, community programming, and the continued growth of PrideFest in our region.

You will be responsible for setting up and tearing down the provided materials each day. This level also includes your business logo listed on the Mid-MO PrideFest website and on the back of the PrideFest t-shirts, recognition from the stage throughout the day at the event, a group logo shoutout on our social media platforms, six t-shirts to be picked up at the event (sizes may vary upon availability), and as many yard signs as you would like, to be picked up at a pre-arranged time.

                Corporate level includes a premium 10x20 booth space of your choosing, with tent, table, chairs, and weights for both days of the event. Mid-MO Pridefest will provide set up and tear down for you each day, your only responsibility is to show up with your booth wares! This level also includes your business logo listed on the Mid-MO Pridefest website and on the back of the Pridefest t-shirts, recognition from the stage throughout the day with an offered 15 minute stage time of your choosing at the event, a dedicated logo shoutout on our social media platforms and at all events leading up to the festival. eight t-shirts to be picked up at the event (sizes may vary upon availability), and as many yard signs as you would like, to be picked up at a pre-arranged time. New this year - Corporate sponsors will automatically get team entry to our kickball tournament at the end of October!

                Colin Yager Recovery Award Donation. Colin Yager was one of the proudest, most vibrant members of our community. In September 2025, we lost Colin to addiction. In his honor, PrideFest established the Colin Yager Recovery Fund, which supports queer individuals in recovery with real, immediate needs—like sober living, treatment costs, and essential documents. So far, this fund has helped keep six people housed in recovery and supported others in accessing critical resources. Your donation directly helps someone stay in recovery.

              • 1. All Donations and Sales Are Final by making a donation or purchase through Mid-Missouri PrideFest, you acknowledge that all donations and sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. Your support is greatly appreciated and directly benefits the mission of Mid-Missouri PrideFest.

                2. Non-Profit Status Mid-Missouri PrideFest is a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN: 88-2139258). Contributions to Mid-Missouri PrideFest are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Please consult with your tax advisor to determine the deductibility of your donation.

                3. Use of Funds All funds received from donations, sponsorships, and sales are used to support the programs and initiatives of Mid-Missouri PrideFest. This includes, but is not limited to, event planning, community outreach, and the promotion of LGBTQIA+ rights and visibility within the Mid-Missouri region.
