Please read carefully, as these are the vendor guidelines that you MUST follow as a vendor particpant in the 2026 Willy Street Fair.

Vendor Location:
Vendor locations & arrival instructions are sent out two weeks prior to event.
Vendor Booth Size:
Booth spaces are approximately 12 feet wide x 10 feet deep. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and pop-up tent (reasonable accommodations made for food vendors).
Vendors may request for specific placement, but no guarantees will be made.
Parking:
Parking is NOT provided by the event. Parking can be found in parking lot off S. Patterson Street, between Williamson Street and E. Main Street.
Electricity:
- Fair organizers do not provide electricity.
- Generators must not be louder than 60 decibels (the sound of a conversation, similar to a Honda Whisperer generator).
- Vendors are encouraged to bring battery-powered fan, lights, etc.
- The use of a personal generator louder than 60 decibels may result in the forfeit of your booth space and vendor fee.
Licensing:
- All vendors selling items MUST have a State of Wisconsin Seller’s Permit.
Insurance:
- VENDOR REGISTRATION WILL BE RETURNED UNLESS PROOF OF INSURANCE IS PROVIDED.
- All Vendors must provide
- Auto Liability Insurance
- Employee Insurance (if employees present during the event)

Overnight Saturday to Sunday Morning:
Tents can remain on the street overnight. Security will be present overnight however Common Wealth Development & the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center are not responsible for missing or damaged materials.
Water/Beverage Sales:
Food vendors ONLY are allowed to sell water and non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles or cans. No glass allowed.
Trash:
All vendor-generated trash on Sunday night is expected to be taken to the event dumpsters on S. Brearly Street. Please make sure to pick up ALL the trash around your booth area. Trash left for event staff will lead to exclusion from future events.
