Our individualized programming service at Triumph Barbell is perfect for those who have an unpredictable schedule, prefer the independence of training on their own, or don’t need in-person coaching but still want the structure and guidance of a professionally designed program to keep them progressing toward their goals. Our coaches at Triumph have worked with everyone from post-operative and older adults returning to daily activity, to competitive powerlifters on the international stage. Whatever your starting point, we’ll build a program that meets you where you are!

AM/PM Option
Programming Only - $99/month
Our “programming only” option provides fully planned sessions before you arrive at the gym. You’ll receive personalized training blocks, typically lasting 4–6 weeks, along with a check-in form at the end of each block for your coach to review and make sure your training continues progressing in the right direction.
Weekly Communication - $149/month
Our “weekly communication” option includes the same individualized programming as our base service, with the added benefit of weekly communication. During these conversations, you’ll receive detailed technique feedback and have open, ongoing discussions with your coach about all aspects of your training.
Daily Communication - $199/month
Our “daily communication” option is the most comprehensive of them all. You will have full access to daily (Mon–Sat) communication with your coach and will receive full, in-depth feedback upon completion of each of your sessions. This level of ongoing support allows for faster adjustments, more precise coaching, and a deeper understanding of your training, helping you stay consistent, accountable, and progressing at a higher level.
