Our personal training service at Triumph Barbell is ideal for those who want hands on coaching, structured guidance, and accountability in their training. Whether you are new to lifting, returning after time away, or looking to take your performance to the next level, working one on one with a coach ensures every session is tailored to your needs and goals. Our coaches at Triumph have experience working with a wide range of individuals from post operative and older adults getting back to daily activity, to competitive powerlifters performing on the international stage. Wherever you are starting from we will meet you there and guide you step by step toward your goals every session.
