Private Circle Experience

Personalized Soulful Experiences are guided, intentional experiences created to bring people together in a meaningful and memorable way.

Whether you are honoring a loved one, celebrating a milestone, moving through a life transition, or simply creating space to connect, this experience is designed to support what matters most to you and those gathered.

Each circle is thoughtfully customized to your intention, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and aligned.

This can include experiences such as remembrance or birthday blessings, women’s circles, home or life transitions, or any meaningful gathering you feel called to create.

Together, we will create a space that feels safe and memorable for everyone present.

What’s Included:
• 60–90 minute private circle experience
• Full facilitation (opening, guided experience, and closing)
• Set up and gentle breakdown of ceremonial/gathering space
• Flowers, candles, and light ceremonial touches as desired
• Customized experience (ceremony gathering style, elements, and flow chosen together)

Each Circle Experience may include a blend of guided reflection, sound, movement, ritual, or creative elements based on the intention for the gathering. Specific experience options are provided for you to select in the brief questionnaire below.

Location:
Ceremonies are held at your chosen location (home, private space, facility, or beach/ocean setting)

Energy Exchange:
• $222 (includes travel within 20 miles + 15 participants)
• $333 (extended travel 20–60 miles or > 15 participants)
• $50 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date (applied toward total)

* Remainder of fees are due prior to or day of gathering, prior to set up. This will be confirmed within a followup call together.

Custom Video/Photo Album:

• $75 Additional rate for custom video + google photo album (provided within 2 weeks post ceremony)

Additional Notes:
• Additional floral or specialty elements can be included upon request
• Rose tea is included when part of a Rose Ceremony. ALL THINGS ROSE Products can be purchased seperately for guests or available for purchase.
• Additional time beyond 90 minutes may be extended at an adjusted rate
• Any custom requests or unique elements can be discussed and created together
