Off-Ice Sessions: Following all Monday Skates (30 minutes): 7:30pm

Mondays: Edge Work, Power Skating, Skating Agility, & Game-focused Skills
Wednesdays: Stick Skills, Shooting Accuracy/Selection, Handling/Protection, & Small Area Games
Off-Ice Training: Agility, Speed, Footwork, Stamina, & Strength
