MG Car Club Canberra Inc (MGCC Canberra) extend a warm invitation to the owners and custodians of any MG model to the Gathering of the Faithful event to be held in Canberra from Friday 18 September to Monday 21 September 2026.
The event aims to continue the tradition of the Gathering of the Faithful events hosted by MG Car Club Wagga Wagga through a socially oriented event held to coincide with Canberra's iconic Floriade Festival.

Eligibility for Registration
Event Registration is open to the owners and custodians (and their partners) of any MG or MG-derived model from Pre-War to current SAIC MG models. Registration is also offered to the owners and custodians of related Austin Healey Sprite as well as to "big Healey" models.
Event Costs
MGCC Canberra is very conscious of cost pressures on everyone, especially in light of the increase in fuel costs. The organising committee has worked hard to constrain costs as much as possible and to provide an event that delivers great value for money to participants.
The registration cost for the Principal Registrant is $220. This includes entry to all core events and an Event Bag and covers all vehicle-related costs.
Additional Registrants (travelling with the Primary Registrant) may register for just $120. This includes their participation in all core events.
For owners of more than one MG, there is no charge for bringing additional cars to the Event (provided that each driver is registered as an Additional Registrant).

Early registration is encouraged as it will assist event organisation.
