Release and Indemnification Agreement
I fully and forever release, hold harmless, and discharge Mathew Meyers and all individuals involved with Tanglewood Legacy, including their employees and all persons directly or indirectly liable, from any and all claims, damages, costs, loss, service expenses, and other claims in law or equity for negligence of any nature by them or their agents/representatives causing personal injuries, conscious suffering, death, or property damage arising out of or related to hunting and related activities.
I acknowledge that risks include, but are not limited to: driving or riding any equipment or vehicle (recreational or otherwise), danger of falling, being bitten by rattlesnakes, diseases caused by ticks and/or mosquitoes, overexertion, heatstroke, shooting accidents, accidents associated with cooking or eating, and all other related activities and dangers.
I understand the risks of hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, horseback riding, riding in or driving any equipment or vehicle, and related activities, and agree to indemnify and hold forever harmless the Released from any and all actions and claims for damages arising as a result of their negligence or otherwise.
This agreement is contractual, not a mere recital, contains the entire agreement between the parties, and is binding on heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, assigns, and successors in interest.
I affirm that I have read this release, understand that I am waiving potentially valuable causes of action, and sign freely and voluntarily.
