  • It is expected that the Altar flowers remain on the Altar, in the Church, after the wedding.

  • Donation to the Church

  • Our Lady of Lebanon Church's weddings booking fee is $1000. This fee helps Our Lady of Lebanon's Parish to maintain the Church, pay for utilities and ensure it is clean before and after your Ceremony. Upon booking, the fee of $1000 is required to confirm the date. Please note, that due to the high demand for Our Lady of Lebanon Church, we are unable to secure any dates for your wedding until this contract has been signed. The Church accepts cash, Credit Card or cheque made out to Our Lady of Lebanon Church. For further details, please contact the Parish Secretary, on (02) 9689 2899. In case of a cancellation, the following fees apply:
    • 12 months or more prior to the wedding date: no cancellation fees
    • 2-12 months prior to wedding date: $400 cancellation fee
    • 2 months prior to the wedding date: no refunds (full $1000 fee must be paid)
    • You are welcome to provide the appreciation donation to the Priest/Celebrant to thank him for his services on your wedding day.
    • Please note that the organist, singer's fees and powerpoint are not included in the Church booking.
  • This signed form with the $1000 booking fee will reserve the date and time requested for your wedding. We agree to the dates and attached guidelines set forth in this form and accept responsibility for any damages resulting from our wedding.
