How it works!!

Kentucky Paws Animal Rescue is located in Campton Ky.

We help anyone who is willing to meet in campton at 8:30AM and pick their pet back up by 5PM

All fees are due when appointment is made.

once you have completed this form a team member will reach out to set up a day and time to take your pet to have their spay or neuter done. You will be required to pay the fee before the appointment day. You will need to meet the team at a specific location and time. If you fail to meet we will not reschedule and you lose your fee. If you need to reschedule you have 24 hours to notify us.

If you have more then one pet that needs spay or neuter each pet must have their own form filled out.

each pet will need their own crate for transport. We prefer the plastic crates to help keep the stress down.

NO WIRE CRATES.

The pets will be transported to Lexingtion Ky for their procedure.

Pet must be clean and can not be exposed to water after surgery.

Pet must be kept Indoors for 10 days after Surgery.

No food or drinks after 7pm the day before surgery.
