FEM Client Agreement

We are honored to assist you in becoming a better manager of your finances. To be the best manager of your time and ours, it is important that you understand and agree to the following conditions:

• All coaching is based on biblical financial principals;
• All coaches are certified volunteers that share a common goal of assisting individuals and families in being the best managers of their time, talent, and treasure God has entrusted to us;
• If married, under most circumstances both husband and wife must agree to attend/participate in coaching sessions;
• All required preparation should be completed prior to each coaching session, if possible; and
• Generally, there are no quick solutions to improving a financial situation. To realize success, change, discipline, and commitment are required.

Financial Empowerment Ministry (FEM) volunteers are not serving as financial advisors, financial planners, tax advisors, and/or legal representatives. As a result, coaches do not provide general or specific financial, tax, or legal advice. Please consult your financial advisor, tax advisor, or attorney regarding general or specific financial tax, and/or legal advice.

Please note: Coach has completed studies in biblical financial principals and has been trained to apply these principals to assist individuals and families in better managing their time, talent, and treasure.

I release Christ Church and the Financial Empowerment Coach from all liability for the services rendered by the FEM Coach for the act(s) directly or indirectly that may be inconsistent with Christ Church and the FEM’s vision, mission, and values. I further agree that I have no course of redress regarding any concern with Christ Church or the FEM Coach.
