Campbelltown - we’re back for our third year, and the Easter Fair is set to be bigger and better than ever! 🐰🎪
We’re now taking vendor applications for one of the region’s most exciting Easter weekend events.

This year’s Fair will feature:
🍔 Food Trucks & Market Eats
🍰 Dessert Vendors
🛍️ Unique Retail & Artisan Stalls
🎡 Rides for both big and small
🎤 A wide range of entertainment across the weekend
🐣 Easter Egg Hunt - a huge family favourite
🎟️ Raffles & Giveaways
🎬 Outdoor Movies to keep the Easter vibes going into the evening

If you want great crowds, strong sales potential, and a vibrant Easter atmosphere, this is the event to be part of.

PRICING

FOOD/DESSERT - $3300 (4 DAYS) or $1000 per day
DRINKS ONLY - $1900 (4 DAYS) or $550 per day
RETAIL - $900 (4 DAYS) or $250 per day
FACE PAINTER - $1500 (4 days) or $500 per day

PAYMENT TERMS

50% deposit - Immediately
50% balance - 4 weeks prior to event

Change of mind warrants a full cancellation fee (100% of site fee)

ALL VENDORS MUST REGISTER WITH CAMPBELLTOWN CITY COUNCIL AS SOON AS APPROVED!
