Q40 - PXG - Keyholder Form - V1
  • Monitored Alarm Keyholder Form

Record of individuals authorised to respond to alarm activations
  • ARC Information

Thank you for choosing Perrex Group Ltd to provide protection for your premises. Please read the information below and fill out the required sections so that the monitoring of your system can be enabled.

PLEAE NOTE: Until this information is received, your system will be configured for Local Audible notification ONLY. If a return visit is required to enable the remote signalling, then additional charges may apply.

Once enabled, your system will be configured to send a number of different signals to the designated Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).

As discussed during the sales process, the Police may be contacted by the ARC depending upon the sequence and types of signals sent. (Please also refer to your System Design Proposal for a more detailed explanation of Confirmed Alarms and Planned Interventions and Responses).

Examples of signals likely to be received are below:-

    • Set.
    • Unset.
    • Unconfirmed Alarm – Single device activation – Keyholder(s) informed ONLY.
    • Mains Failure or other fault indication.
    • Loss of signal path(s).
    • Confirmed Alarm – Keyholder(s) and Police informed.
    • Hold Up Alarm (if fitted).

Any signals received by the ARC are held in software for 90 seconds before being presented to an operator for action. This is to allow an unset (or abort/restore) signal to be sent by your system should the notification be generated by a mis operation or short duration fault.

If Police attendance is required, then the ARC use a Unique Reference Number (URN) identifying your premises and the type of response required. This is issued by the relevant Police Alarms Administration Office once all required information has been provided to them and their fee paid. Please fully complete the enclosed/attached Appendix G form and print out and sign.

Please Note: This form must be printed and wet signed. Electronic signatures are not accepted on this form and will cause a delay in the issuing of the URN(s).
