Tuition & Payment (Offline) 学费和付款（线下）

Tuition is paid offline directly to Hong Dance School. Please use one of the payment methods on the school's Registration Page: 请在线下支付学费给梁红舞蹈学校，请使用这个链接里的支付方式： https://www.hongdanceschool.com/registration#paymentmethods 

When making payment, please indicate your child's name and the class names in the payment memo. For example, "Michelle Liu, MD Tuesday Ms Liang's Beginner Class". If you are paying for more than one class, please list all classes names clearly in the payment memo. 在支付学费的时候，请在Memo部分注明”学生姓名、班级名称”。如果选多个课程，请注明每个课程名称。

 

Prompt pickup at the scheduled class end time is required. Hong Dance School does not provide after-class childcare or supervision.
If a parent or authorized guardian is late picking up a child, the following late pickup fees apply per child, per occurrence:
• More than 5 minutes late: $5
• More than 10 minutes late: $10
• More than 20 minutes late: $20
• More than 30 minutes late: $30
Late pickup fees are charged per child, per occurrence, accrue based on total time past the scheduled pickup time, are due immediately upon pickup, and must be paid directly to Hong Dance School.
After the scheduled class ends, staff supervision is limited and provided only as a courtesy. Hong Dance School assumes no responsibility for childcare services beyond scheduled class hours.
By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Participant & Guardian Acknowledgment
I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor child listed in this registration (“Participant”). I give permission for my child to participate in all dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and related activities offered by Hong Dance School

2. Medical Information & Emergency Authorization

1. I confirm that all medical information provided in this registration is accurate and complete.
2. I certify that my child is physically able to participate in dance and physical activities and has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, except as disclosed in writing to Hong Dance School.
3. In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, I authorize Hong Dance School, its staff, or representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand and agree that all medical expenses are my sole responsibility.

3. Assumption of Risk

1. I understand that participation in dance and physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, falls, collisions, or other injuries.
2. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with my child’s participation.

4. Release, Waiver, Indemnification & Hold Harmless Agreement

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Hong Dance School, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, assistants, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my child’s participation.
2. I understand and agree that this waiver and release of liability applies to the child’s participation in all classes, as well as any and all school-related activities and programs, including but not limited to competitions, recitals, rehearsals, workshops, and performances, whether conducted on or off the school premises. 
3. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hong Dance School and its representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to my child’s participation, except to the extent such claims result from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Hong Dance School.

5. Photo & Video Release

1. I grant permission for Hong Dance School to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my child’s image during classes, rehearsals, performances, or related activities.
2. These images or recordings may be used for educational, archival, promotional, or marketing purposes, including websites, social media, and printed materials, without compensation.

6. Enrollment & Payment Acknowledgment

I understand and agree that:

• Tuition is paid offline directly to Hong Dance School.
• Submission of this registration does not guarantee enrollment.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received.
• Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Hong Dance School reserves the right to dismiss a participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

I understand and agree to the following terms:

• All registrations are non-refundable once payment is made, except as expressly stated below.
• Written withdrawal notice must be submitted prior to the completion of the Participant’s second class to be considered for any refund. 退课申请必须在学生完成第二节课程之前以书面形式（邮件、短信或微信）提交，方可被考虑退款。
• Any approved refund is at the sole discretion of Hong Dance School and is subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of $25. 任何获批准的退款均由Hong Dance School全权酌情决定，且需扣除25美元的不可退还行政手续费。

No refunds or credits will be issued for: （以下情形学费不能退款或退学分）

• Missed classes due to illness, vacation, or personal scheduling conflicts 因为学生个人生病、度假、或者家庭日程安排冲突造成缺课
• Withdrawal after a session has started beyond the second class 学生上完第二次课之后再申请退课
• Dismissal due to disciplinary or safety reasons 学生由于违反纪律或安全原因被提前下课。学校课堂纪律具体在此：https://www.hongdanceschool.com/class-rules
• If the school cancels a session, a prorated refund or credit will be issued for unused classes. 如果因为学校原因取消课程，学校会将剩余课程以学分或退款的形式退给学生。

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original form of payment or as a school credit, at the discretion of Hong Dance School. 如退款获批，将由Hong Dance School酌情决定通过原支付方式退款或以学校的学分形式发放。

8. Governing Laws

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and/or the State of Maryland, as applicable.

 

9. Langurage

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 如英文版本与任何翻译版本的条款和条件存在不一致或差异，以英文版本为准。
