All vendors are responsible for their own setup, equipment, and staffing requirements.
Set-up must be completed at least one hour prior to the event start time.
Take down will not be allowed until 3 PM.
Vendors are allowed up to 2 helpers 3 or more helpers must pay regular admission.
No refunds will be issued.
Vendors are required to comply with all staff during the event.
The event will proceed with rain or shine.
Applications will be carefully reviewed for approval.
Approved vendors will be notified with instructions for submitting the vendor fee.
Submission of this application does not guarantee approval.
