RULES FOR ENTRY

Participation open to amateur photographers who are CHEER Members, Volunteers or Staff. (13 winners will be selected; of those only 2 may be from staff.)
Photo can be taken before the contest started, but must have been taken in Sussex County, DE.
Photo release must be included for each person shown in the picture (if applicable).
Three entries per person maximum.
Photos must be of high enough quality to be printed in a large format (not blurry or pixelated).
Photos must be in original format (no retouch, edit or AI tools).
Photos will be used by CHEER for promotional purposes; the photographer retains no rights.
Entries must be received by 5 PM on July 15, 2026.
