• Appalachian Wireless Arena/City of Pikeville 2026 Night Market Vendor Application

    Join us for the Night Market in downtown Pikeville, KY, featuring local shopping, live music, food trucks and themed entertainment on June 5, June 19, July 10, and August 7. All vendors must possess a current City of Pikeville Business License, and those selling food must also provide an up to date Health Department certificate; applications are not considered without this documentation as each event is curated for variety. Please note that set up is a hard window from 5 PM to 6 PM, and early or late arrivals will not be permitted. Vendors are responsible for supplying all their own equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and power cords up to 100 feet long. While limited electricity is available, it may not be guaranteed at all times. These are rain or shine events, though live music and street closures may change without notice due to weather.

  • There is a $25 fee per each 10 feet of space requested and this payment is due in full 14 days after application is approved.  This is an outside event on the streets of Pikeville and will countinue rain or shine.  You will recieve a refund if the event is cancelled however you will not recieve a refund if you fail to attend the event.  If your application is approved you will receive an email with directions containing  when and where to meet for setup the week of the event.

    Unless you are an Artisian as defined by Pikeville City Ordinance or a participant with the Pikeville Farmer's Market you will need to obtain a City of Pikeville Business License prior to approval.
