Open Call Talent Selection: Read Thoroughly

Central PA Talent hosts open calls for prospective models, with no cost to attend. The Open Call serves as our official interview process. Talent are reviewed by a panel of professionals and notified of their status within two weeks. If selected for representation, you will have the opportunity to review our policies and non-exclusive contract prior to signing. You are not required to sign and may decline for any reason. Please fill out the form thoroughly. A follow-up email will be sent to you with additional details. This open call is for adults ages 18 and older only. We kindly ask that applicants do not call our office. Reaching out for updates will not expedite or influence the decision process. All necessary details will be provided via email. Registration closes July 9th, 2026.

Important Information: Read Thoroughly

Central PA Talent is a non-exclusive agency; talent are able to be represented by other agencies and may also seek out projects independently. Prior to signing with Central PA Talent, you must confirm our contract will not conflict with any currently signed agreements. Signed talent are not the employees of Central PA Talent. Talent are independent contractors and receive a 1099. All payments are made through direct deposit. Central PA Talent does not charge signing fees for representation. A one time $25 activation fee is required to activate your talent account and begin receiving casting calls through our system. Additionally, you will gain access to our mobile platforms. You do not need to have a working portfolio to be signed. Once signed, it is the talent’s responsibility to build their modeling portfolio in order to book work. Ideal talent must provide consistent correspondence and have a flexible daytime schedule.
