Set up/Clean up
I can assist on Thursday evening 6/18 between 6 and 8pm, to set up for the First Mass (Sunday)and Reception
I can help set up for the Mass on Sunday morning 6/21
I can help clean up after the celebration on Sunday afternoon
Food Crew
I can provide a freezer or two (minimum 2 needed)
I can provide a BBQ grill or 2 (minimum 3 needed
I can assist in serving food/drinks
I can shop for goods
I can coordinate (a nice person, a bit bossy, firm, organized would be perfect candidate!)
Donations (needed for 1000 people)
Hamburgers
Hot dogs
Buns
Drinks (cases of soda, waters, kids juices)
Ice
Ice cream/Italian Ice
Paper goods (plates, napkins, knives, forks)
I can help donate chairs or tables
