2026 Farm Credit of Western Arkansas Photo Contest

Get your camera or smartphone out and submit your best pictures of rural western Arkansas! Submit up to three photos by July 15, 2026, for a chance to be featured in our 2027 calendar and/or win a cash prize. Contest open to anyone living within the 41-county Western Arkansas territory (see map below). Submission is limited to 3 photos per person. Physical entries will not be accepted.
$500 Grand Prize
First place: $300 | Second place: $200 | Third place: $100

(Grand prize awarded to best overall photo from both categories. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be selected for both Adult and Youth categories. Seven photos will be awarded cash prizes.)
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

The top photos will be announced this fall on myaglender.com and on Farm Credit of Western Arkansas' social media channels. If you submit a photo and it isn’t picked for the calendar, we may use it in an upcoming issue of The Rural Scene magazine, annual report, on social media, or various other outlets.

Submission Guidelines:
- Photo should depict farming, agriculture or rural western Arkansas.
  Examples include, but are not limited to: scenery, wildlife and nature, kids on the farm, farm animals, and barns and equipment.
- All photos must be captured within Farm Credit of Western Arkansas' 41-county territory. Photographer must also be a resident of western Arkansas.
- High-resolution digital photos will be the only form of photo accepted for this contest.
- The presence of watermarks, frames, words, etc. placed on the photo can result in removal from the contest. This includes screenshots. Photos must be taken and owned by the contest submitter.
- Horizontal images will be given preference for the annual calendar.
- Entries are limited to three photo submissions per person.
- Due to the volume of entries, physically submitted photos will not be accepted. All entries must use this form.
- The grand prize winner and winners in both the Youth and Adult categories will be selected by a panel of judges. All seven winners receive a cash prize.
