TWU FSC Status Change

An employee who, as of the date of this Agreement, accepts a permanent
position with the Company outside the bargaining unit will retain, but not
accrue, his seniority for a period of six (6) months. The employee will notify
the TWU Local via email within seven (7) days of departure. Once the Local
is notified, he will communicate with the Company to halt Union dues
collection. Such an employee may return to his former Title Group and
station, if a vacancy exists, within six (6) months of the day he left the
bargaining unit. If such employee works beyond the six (6)-month period, he
will forfeit all seniority.

By signing below, I understand that under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, I am required to notify the Union within seven (7) days of leaving the bargaining unit and coordinate stopping Union dues. Failure to do so may result in continued dues deductions and may impact eligibility for any refund.
