    WAYS YOU CAN SERVE:

     INSTALLATIONS & DEINSTALLATION TEAM: This team learns how to properly wrap and unwrap, transport, install, and deinstall fine art. It is an essential role in the life of the gallery.

    GALLERY GUIDE: Gallery Guides serve during Sunday gallery hours and at special events. They welcome visitors, answer questions about the artwork and artists, assist with sales inquiries and artist submissions, and help maintain a respectful environment by ensuring artwork is not touched. They also assist in clearing the gallery during sermon hours.

     HOSPITALITY/RECEPTION TEAM: This team prepares and coordinates refreshments for exhibition openings, art education sessions, and special events. Responsibilities include setup, hospitality support during events, and kitchen cleanup.

     GALLERY CLEANUP CREW: Volunteers help ensure that the CARE Gallery, Q Lounge, and Pastoral Suite are restored to a “Sunday ready” condition. This role may involve light furniture movement and general cleaning.

This team learns how to properly wrap and unwrap, transport, install, and deinstall fine art. It is an essential role in the life of the gallery. CARE Gallery hosts four exhibitions each year. Each exhibition includes approximately three days for installation and three days for deinstallation. Serving opportunities are organized in 4hour shifts, and training will be provided.
