NCPERS is now accepting speaker and presentation proposal submissions for the 2026 Public Safety Conference, taking place October 25-28, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee.

As the only national conference dedicated exclusively to the unique challenges and opportunities facing public safety pension systems, this event brings together more than 400 pension professionals, trustees, administrators, public safety representatives, consultants, investment professionals, and industry service providers from across the country.

We are seeking dynamic, knowledgeable speakers to share practical insights, innovative strategies, and timely perspectives on issues impacting public safety retirement systems. Proposals should offer educational content that addresses current challenges, emerging trends, best practices, regulatory developments, governance, investments, funding, administration, cybersecurity, workforce issues, and other topics relevant to public safety pension plans.

Presentation proposals will be evaluated based on relevance, educational value, speaker expertise, and applicability to conference attendees. Sessions should be non-commercial and designed to provide objective, actionable information.

If you have expertise to share with the public safety pension community, we encourage you to submit a proposal and contribute to this premier educational event.

Please Note: Active NCPERS membership is required to submit a speaker proposal, as NCPERS is a member-only organization.

We look forward to reviewing your submission.

Please contact the Education team at education@ncpers.org or 202-601-2449 with any questions about the proposal process.
