  • Please use this form to apply for Town Square. NO PAYMENT is due at this time. Applications will be reviewed by the committee and you will be notified of your status no later than August 21. For submissions AFTER July 31 applications are received on a rolling basis until the Town Square is full, at which time we start a wait list. Cancellations are not uncommon so a wait list spot is recommended!

    PLEASE visit our website for complete policies regarding participation in Town Square. 

    Fees are as follows:

    • $100 (business/no sales)
    • $160 (business/sales)
    • $25 (501c3 non-profit/sales allowed)

    Fee is WAIVED for HHF Gold Sponsors + above, but sponsors must abide by the same expectations as mentioned above. Sponsors should switch to this form.

    You will not be asked for payment until your application has been accepted by the committee.

    PLEASE BE AWARE YOU WILL NEED TO BE AT THE FAIR ALL DAY. THE FAIR RUNS 10AM-4PM. CARS MUST BE OFF THE FIELD BY 9AM. NO EARLY BREAK DOWNS.
