Thanks for your interest in filming at Iconix. Member experience is our priority — having a crew in the space takes away from members using it. To protect that, every request goes through this form and is reviewed by the location's leadership team.
Requirements before you submit:

- Minimum 72 hours notice (more for larger crews / longer shoots)

- Insurance / Certificate of Liability required / signed contract waiving liability IF smaller crew

- Plan for crediting / tagging the space

- Fees may apply or credible tags depending on agreement and scope of work — you are renting the space

Submission does not equal approval. Someone from the location's team will respond.
