    2026 Art & Garden Festival Volunteer Application

  • Join in the fun, be part of a team of wonderful volunteers, and help put on a great event on July 12, 11am to 5pm!

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please read carefully

    Volunteer Shifts — All shifts are first-come-first-serve. All volunteers must complete this form. If you would like to volunteer with a group/friend, please note on form below and we'll do our best to accommodate.

    Volunteer Instructions — Instructions will be emailed prior to event. We will also have a Volunteer Training Dinner (date & time tbd) that we encourage all volunteers to attend (but not mandatory).

    Volunteer Festival T-Shirts — When selecting your T-Shirt size, if unsure, select the next size up. Your shirt is ordered based on the size you select on your application. Shirt order is placed by June 20. We cannot guarantee an appropriate shirt after that, so please sign-up early!

  • VOLUNTEER JOB DESCRIPTIONS  (Please read details carefully)

    Set-Up / Tear-Down – Assist with load-in, set-up, and tear-down needs before &/or after the festival (tables, chairs, beverage & ticket booths set-up, help vendors, etc). Must be able to stand, lift, and walk around comfortably. (Set-up: 7:30-11am; Tear-down: 5pm-7:30pm)

    Ticket Booths – Visitors purchase tasting packages/tickets to sample alcoholic beverages in the various booths around the festival. Ticket Booth volunteers will be checking IDs, distributing wristbands, and selling drink tickets with POS machines. Must be 21 or over. (Shifts: 10:30am-2:15pm; 2-5pm)

    Beverage Booths – Pour & serve beverages at a variety of booths (companies provide their beverages, but don't have staff to represent/pour). Beverage booth volunteers also need to check wristbands and take drink tickets. Must be 21 or over. (Shifts: 10:30am-2:15pm; 2-5:15pm) RBS training preferred * 

    * RBS Training - We encourage ticket booth & beverage server volunteers to be RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) trained. There are upcoming online RBS Training classes on 5/19, 6/3 & 6/23. For more RBS training info: https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/ev/reg/n4hy8vn

    Kids Area – The festival will host a variety of kid and family friendly activities (bounce house, face painting, interactive art experiences, chalk art, etc). Volunteers are needed to assist in various roles. (Shifts: 10:45am-2pm; 1:45pm-5:15pm)

    Happiness Patrol – The eyes and ears of the event! Happiness Patrol volunteers will need to check in with vendors, provide visitors information and directions around the festival, alert festival staff if there any issues, and assist where needed. (Shifts: 10:45am-2pm; 1:45pm-4:45pm)

    Parking / Access Monitors – Monitor festival access points and assist with load-out procedures for vendors at the festival.  (Shifts: 10am-2pm & 2-6pm)
