Board Position Application 2026
You must be a legally licensed provider in Dakota County and been a Tier I member of DCFCCA for at least six months of the previous year. All candidates running for a board position must not have any pending negative licensing actions and have not had any substantiated complaints within the last five years in order to be considered. Terms of office begin on June 1 and ends May 31.
