I hereby release First Principles Soccer, the host and organizer of this camp, its staff and coaches and Sandhills FC, the camp partner, from liability for injuries or accidents during camp activities. In a medical emergency, I authorize camp staff to seek appropriate treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I confirm any relevant medical conditions have been disclosed at registration.
