We are pleased to announce the 10th Annual Bates-Hendricks Street Fest on Lincoln Street and New Jersey Street from 3-8pm on Saturday, September 12th, 2026!

Street Fest is a neighborhood-focused event that promotes a better sense of community by coordinating a free and low-cost, family-friendly festival, open to the public. For those of you who helped make last year’s event a success, we sincerely thank you. To our new prospective partners, we are excited to share our passion for community engagement and inclusivity with you this year! 

Bates-Hendricks Street Fest attracts an estimated 1,000 attendees every year. The event features local artists and musicians, community booths, kids play area, and food and drink vendors. Most activities will be free or low-cost to ensure the event is accessible and welcoming to all members of our community. 

To produce another successful event and offer a free and low-cost experience for all of our neighbors, we are in need of partners to assist us in meeting our goals. Please complete the form below if you would like to help us make Street Fest happen through a sponsorship.

If you’re interested in sponsoring a specific element of the event (such as entertainment, sanitation, or kids area), we’d love to work directly with you to create a custom opportunity.

As an event sponsor of Street Fest, you will receive the following benefits:

• Iris Presenting Sponsor ($1,000, 2 available): presenting sponsor of the Iris Bulb Giveaway, listed on event website, logo on all digital and print materials, signage at the event, five (5) tagged social media posts, 14 x 14 booth space at event in high-traffic location, on-stage recognition from the emcee, and first right of refusal as Presenting Sponsor next year
• Tulip Sponsor ($500, 10 available): listed on event website, logo on all digital and print materials, signage at the event, three (3) tagged social media posts, and 14 x 14 booth space at event
• Daisy Sponsor ($300, 15 available): listed on event website, logo on select digital and print materials, one (1) tagged social media post, and 14 x 14 booth space at event
• Seedling Sponsor ($100, unlimited): listed on event website and a shoutout in a group "Thank you" social media post

All corporate sponsors that include a 14x14 space at Street Fest (Iris, Tulip and Daisy) are responsible for providing a table, tent, chairs, and any displays for your space. Sponsors are welcome to supplement their space or sponsorship area with additional signage.

Sponsorship payments must be submitted by August 1, 2026 for logos to be on printed marketing material. 

If you are a Bates-Hendricks neighbor, or even a super-fan, who wants to help Street Fest come to life, please consider a sponsorship of $50! Neighbor Sponsors will receive their individual or family’s name chalked on the grounds of Street Fest. Neighbor sponsors do not receive a table space.

Your sponsorship makes this event possible and allows us to rent a stage, tables, chairs, portable bathrooms, and more. Thank you for supporting our neighborhood.

Credit card payment is required to complete this form. All payments include an online service fee of 2.89% and $0.49. If you are unable to pay via paypal or credit card, please contact treasurer@bateshendricks.org and we are happy to accept check payments!

The Bates-Hendricks Neighborhood Association Board and Events Committee reserve the right to exclude any party they deem unsuitable for this event.
