Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a partnership in which the Partner promotes Tripawz products using a unique affiliate link.
Commission Structure
Partner will receive [50%] commission on each qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link.
Payments will be issued via [PayPal/Stripe/etc.] on a weekly basis. Payments will not be made until the amount reaches $50 or more.
Permitted Promotion
Partner may promote products through:
• Social media
• Email newsletters
• Website content
• Text
Partner agrees to represent the product truthfully and in alignment with Tripawz brand values.
Partner agrees to mention that they earn a commission from purchases made through their individual affiliate link.
Prohibited Actions
Partner may NOT:
• Misrepresent the product
• Make false claims
• Use spam or deceptive marketing practices
• Resell or redistribute the product files
Intellectual Property
All products remain the sole property of Tripawz. This agreement does not grant ownership rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
Any unpaid commissions earned prior to termination will still be paid.
Fundraising Partner
Partner is not an employee, agent, or independent contractor of Tripawz.
Limitation of Liability
Tripawz is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to this partnership.
Acceptance
By participating in the affiliate program, Partner agrees to these terms.
