No entries by phone or email.

The show secretary must have each owner's and exhibitor's NRHA membership number and the horse's NRHA Competition License number (not the AQHA #).

The show secretary must have a form of payment on file for each entry before you can pick up your back numbers!

Sponsors have priority on schoolings.

Main stalls may sell out. Priority placement will be given to sponsors first, with the remaining main stalls assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once main stalls are full, all additional entries will be assigned to open-air stalls.
Show Fees Notice

All entries made after 7/01/26 will be assessed a $45 post entry fee. Entries after 07/12/2026 need to be made at the show office.

All entries are subject to a $65 office fee per horse.

All entries are subject to a $50 video/media fee per horse.

WCRHA Horse Nomination Fee - $35

NRHA Drug Fee - $35/Horse

Stall Fees

Stall/Tack Room: $375 - includes 4 large bales of shavings

Shavings: $15/bag

Facility Fee: $50 - waived for youth entries where the horse is entered ONLY in the youth ancillary classes (no other ancillary or aged events).

Haul In Fee: $40/horse/day

Other Fees

Paid Schooling (Arena 1): $75/6 minutes

Paid Schooling - Walk up (Arena 2): $45/6 minutes

4% convenience fee for credit/debit card

CLOSE OUT FEE - $20 -if your show bill is not closed in the office by 9 am on Sunday, July 19th!!
